This week, it appears, Ganesh ji has been a bit reticent to facilitate the flow of funds in the overall startup ecosystem. Total funding reported has been ~$ 199 Mn, a decline of around 23 % from the previous week inflow of ~$260 Mn.
The biggest newsmakers have been Early Salary (an instant cash loans fintech) and Skyroot Aerospace (a small-satellite launch services startup). Early Salary has raised $110 Mn in Series D round at a valuation of $300 Mn whereas Skyroot Aerospace has raised $51 Mn in Series B round. Regular readers of our newsletter would recall, we had shared a brief note on challenges & opportunities for Fintechs and we made a comment on the immense possibilities of the Aerospace sector.
