Overview

Ecosystem Ventures is advising a well-capitalized, newly formed acquisition platform on a confidential buy-side mandate to acquire and scale a Finance & Accounting (F&A) BPO / Managed Services company.

The objective is to build a next-generation, AI-enabled F&A outsourcing platform, combining strong delivery fundamentals with technology-driven efficiency, scalability, and margin expansion — primarily serving English speaking Western markets (US, UK, Aus and Canada).
