Fee charged to startups
- A one-time Processing fee of 4% on the total funds raised is charged to the startup upon successful fundraising close. This fee is inclusive of all administrative and evaluation-related costs incurred by our team during the process.
- Any third-party expert fees arising from specialized requirements — including financial restructuring or specific corporate actions — will be borne directly by the startup as a pass-through cost, separate from the processing fee.
Unlike traditional funds, we do not charge our angel investors any management fees. Instead, we charge startups a one-time Processing Fee of 4% on total funds raised. This helps us cover the significant time, analysis, and effort we invest in curating the right investors and successfully closing your round — so we stay fully aligned with your success.
